A few things to know before submitting the inquiry form:

Our installation set-ups are rentals. Any props provided such as backdrops, faux florals, vinyl cutouts, signage, stands and alike are all to be left on site following the end of the event unless otherwise agreed upon at the time of booking.

Full service installations include us returning to breakdown balloon displays after the event is finished. We set it all up and break it all down and remove any remnants of us being there for you so you don’t have to lift a finger!

Most venues will not allow balloon structures to be attached to their permanent fixtures or walls. If this is the case, a stand rental will be required.

Outdoor installations are the most unpredictable for obvious reasons. We can not guarantee the balloons will last for any certain amount of time it completely depends on the elements. SHADED areas are absolutely recommended. We hold the right to refuse an installation location due to excessive sun exposure in hot temperatures. We will then improvise to find the best location for the balloons.

We use the best quality latex balloons to ensure minimal poppage but we can not guarantee how long they will last. No refunds.

Please be prepared to place a 20% deposit in order to secure a booking date with us. Final payment will be due seven calendar days prior to the installation.

Please keep balloons away from infants and small children as they do pose a choking hazard.
